JUNIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT - GLORIA AYBAR
Gloria Aybar joined Crossman & Company’s Accounting Department in April 2006. Gloria brings more than 17 years of office management and accounting experience to the company. While employed with a franchise chain which included 78 locations, Gloria utilized her excellent organizational and planning skills to successfully reduce the company’s hourly timesheet rate by 20%. Gloria’s current responsibilities within the Accounts Payable & Receivable Department include invoice processing, bank reconciliations, sales tax filing, monthly distribution and management fees, monthly tenant statements and collections. Her strong work ethics and efficiency reflect Crossman & Company’s commitment to serving its valued clients.

Raised in Boston, MA she attended Newbury College where she obtained an Associate degree in Travel and Tourism Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1986. For the past 20 years she has lived in Orlando, FL with her three children Alex, Krystal and Nicole.
