SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT - ORLANDO R. BOSQUES
Orlando is a native of Puerto Rico, where he graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has been a Central Florida resident for the last twelve years. Orlando started his career in accounting working for the United Parcel Service as an Administrative Auditor. His main responsibilities were to ensure shipping rates compliance of commercial clients by way of auditing and close coordination with account managers. He also served as a liaison between the North, Central and South offices for out-of-compliance reporting and resolution. He worked for UPS from 1995 to 1998, when he moved to the Real Estate industry. Orlando worked for National Retail Properties, formerly Commercial Net Lease Realty, a major Real Estate Investment Trust, as a project/BTS accountant for their Development and REIT subsidiaries. There, he did the accounting/reporting for their Real Estate Development Projects as well as the financial reporting for REIT subsidiaries.
Orlando joined Crossman & Company in May 2007 as a Property Accountant. He is responsible for the financial reporting for the managed properties in Crossman’s portfolio.
