PROPERTY MANAGER – KIP CHILDERS
Kip Childers is a Property Manager for Crossman & Company. Kip started with us in October of 2005. He has lived in Central Florida for twenty-five years and attended the University of Central Florida. Kip has been married for sixteen years and has two boys, ages twelve and nine.
Kip has ten years of management experience. He brings an ownership mentality toward property management and oversees vendors in order to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, efficiency and profitability of the properties he manages. His duties with Crossman & Company include all aspects of property management.
