PROPERTY MANAGER – ARIEL CHRISTENSON
Ariel Christenson is a property manager for Crossman & Company. She manages approximately one point five million square feet of commercial retail and office space throughout Orlando and Tampa. In addition, Ariel maintains the Crossman & Company website and is the 2008 co-chair for the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) as well as the government relations liaison for Crossman & Company.
Previous to her employment at Crossman, Ariel worked for the Department of Children and Families as a Child Protective Investigator and then as an Adoptions Counselor. She also worked in both the Property Management and Construction departments for Kimco Realty, a large national commercial REIT, as a Tenant Coordinator. Ariel is active in the political community, volunteering numerous hours to various campaigns and organizations. In 2006, she was recognized as the Orange County Young Republican's Woman of the Year for her contributions to the club and the Republican Party.
Ariel graduated Valedictorian from Southeastern University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a double major in Business Administration.
