REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE – DANIEL GERMANO
Daniel Germano comes to Crossman & Company having graduated from Syracuse University with a double major in Finance and Marketing. Operating primarily out of The Villages office, Mr. Germano assists with the leasing and marketing initiatives for commercial space within the entire Crossman & Company portfolio.

Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Mr. Germano completed internships with CB Richard Ellis and Independence Air, both in Northern Virginia, and UpstreamAsia, a marketing and public relations firm in Hong Kong.

At Syracuse, Mr. Germano was involved with the Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Learning Community, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the American Marketing Association, Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, and was a founding member of the Real Estate Club. As a sophomore he co-authored an award-winning business plan and operated Quench Student Water Service, a student-run joint venture with Syracuse University where he served as Director of Marketing and Sales. Mr. Germano is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
