REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE – GENO JARQUIN
Geno Jarquin is an Associate with Crossman & Company and focuses on retail leasing and marketing initiatives for Lake Sumter Landing, Villages of Spanish Springs, Brownwood Paddock Square and Buffalo Ridge located in The Villages, FL. The Villages is the largest single site residential development in the United States, which spans over 26,000 acres in three adjoining counties in Central Florida. Located an hour north of Orlando, The Villages is currently home to over 70,000 residents with a projected build out of over 110,000 residents and 4 million square feet of commercial buildings by 2012.

Mr. Jarquin earned the Top Ten Retail Producer award by the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) for retail volume in the central Florida market and also earned the Sumter County "Rookie of the Year" Award from CFCAR for his level of production in 2007.

Mr. Jarquin graduated from University of Central Florida with a major in Business Administration in 2003 and earned his M.B.A. degree from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 2007.
