SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – JENNIFER PAPE
Jennifer joined Crossman & Company as a financial analyst in 2006. After working diligently on several multi-million dollar acquisitions deals, Jennifer earned a promotion to Senior Financial Analyst. Jennifer graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an MBA in 2005. After graduation, she joined Trammell Crow’s East Coast Retail Investment Team as a financial analyst. In this role, she was responsible for conducting due diligence reviews, market research, underwriting, and the preparation of Offering Memoranda. In addition, Jennifer was assisted in developing and implementing marketing strategies for disposition properties. Her excellent educational background, strong financial modeling skills, and valuable retail investment sales experience will be a great asset to the acquisitions team.
Jennifer was an NCAA scholarship athlete. Her identical twin, Jamie, also works for Crossman & Company as the Director of Marketing.
