About Us

Scott Renick

VICE PRESIDENT - SCOTT RENICK, CLS
Scott Renick is a Vice President with Crossman & Company and oversees the leasing division which encompasses approximately 5,000,000 square feet of retail properties in the Central Florida area. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida since 1998.

Scott has negotiated over 260 transactions totaling over 726,000 square feet and greater than $150 million in value. He has earned the Top Producer Retail award by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society (CFCRES) for retail volume in the top six in the central Florida market for each year from 2003 through 2007. He also earned the "Rookie of the Year" award from CFCRES. Scott has previously served on the board of directors for CFCRES and on the ICSC Next Generation Program Committee for Orlando. He is currently pursuing his CCIM Designation and expects it to be completed in October of 2008. Additionally, Scott has earned his Certified Leasing Specialist designation from the ICSC.

Scott and his wife have been residents of Central Florida for more than 28 years and they have two children. Prior to joining Crossman & Company, he was a Regional Recruiting Manager with CIBER, Inc. and also had experience in residential property management.
