SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT – JULIE RICHARDS
Julie Richards has over 15 years of property accounting and property management experience working with retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties in Hawaii and Southern California. She was with McDonald’s of Hawaii Development Company for over 7 years, focused on land development and subsequent property management of McDonald’s restaurants and other commercial properties. Upon moving to the mainland, Julie managed Class “A” retail and office across San Diego county for a private developer. She later returned to her accounting roots and joined a commercial property management group managing over 4 million sq. ft. as an accounting manager responsible for oversight of 10 property accountants working with portfolios owned by private investors, REITS and developers.

Julie relocated to central Florida in July 2002 with her husband Jerry. She is an active volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Florida and the Coalition for the Homeless. Her free time is spent hiking with the Florida Trail Association, kayaking on central Florida’s lakes and rivers, and paddling with Hui Lae Makani Outrigger Canoe Club in Melbourne.
