About Us

Jay Zajan

SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT – JAY ZAJAN
Jay Zajan has over 14 years experience in accounting and finance. Jay graduated from Stetson University with a BBA in Accounting. He was with Brown & Brown Insurance, one of the nation's largest insurance agencies, as a senior internal auditor. Jay was also the assistant controller for RSR Group in Winter Park, FL. Most recently, Jay was the Controller for Hampton Claire, a company that controlled over 25 other companies. Jay was responsible for the day to day financing and accounting of those companies.

Jay is also a licensed mortgage broker and a certified home inspector. He has originated over $70 million in residential loans. He founded one of Central Florida's most respected brokerage companies. In 2005, he was named the NRCC's Businessman of the Year. Given his commitment to education, Jay is also an instructor for one of Central Florida's largest Mortgage Broker Schools.

Jay has lived in Central Florida since 1989 with his wife, Kim. Together they have two children, Will and Shelby.
