Crossman & Company is actively engaged in retail development on behalf of our clients. We have overseen the full develop process from project planning, budgeting, lease negotiation, vendor selection, permitting, contractor bidding through certificate of occupancy and store opening for Publix anchored properties in Orlando, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Lakeland and Tampa. Two of our recent projects have received the honor of being selected as the Retail Development of the Year from the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP. All of these projects were completed on time and within budget.
