Bruce leads the firm’s Asset Management and Receivership Division. In this role, Bruce works with banks and institutional investors to serve as asset manager or receiver for distressed and troubled properties throughout the Southeast. Bruce’s leadership is highlighted by over 40 years of commercial real estate experience with more than a decade concentrated on workouts and troubled assets.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Bruce was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Capitol Investment Associates Corp. For 16 years, he was responsible for the acquisition, management, leasing, marketing and disposition of all investment and development projects and directed the firm’s operations. He is a principal in many of the firm’s investment partnerships.

Brian Carolan is a Director of Crossman & Company’s Investment Services Division. Mr. Carolan has over five years of commercial real estate experience. He primarily focuses on originating and executing retail transactions throughout the southeastern United States. Mr. Carolan’s clients include special servicers such as LNR, institutions such as General Electric Capital, as well as private clients.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Mr. Carolan worked as a commercial real estate Credit Analyst for Regions Bank. While at Regions he evaluated the credit worthiness of each development project his team was pursuing. Mr. Carolan analyzed over one hundred and fifty million dollars worth of office, retail and multifamily loans.
