ORLANDO, FL – Orlando-based full-service commercial real estate firm, Crossman & Company, has brokered the $2.1 million sale of the former Magic Outlet Mall located at 5176 West Colonial Drive in Orlando. The 118,574 square-foot single story building sits on more than 10 acres of land between Kirkman Road and Pine Hills Road.
The property is also located in a densely populated area of Orlando with nearly 35,000 vehicles passing the site every day. The building was in foreclosure and sold to a private investor. Brian Carolan, director of investment sales for Crossman & Company, represented the seller.
“We are encouraged that the investor who purchased the property will turn it into a prosperous resource for the residents and business owners surrounding it,” said John Crossman, president of Crossman & Company. “It also has the capacity to provide an additional 200 jobs, which would be significant for the residents neighboring the location and to the local economy.”
