Restaurant Renews Lease in Popular Belle Island Commons

Crossman & Company inks deal as shopping center continues to be fully leased

ORLANDO, Fla. — Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has renewed Sunflower Chinese Kitchen in its impressive leasing portfolio for Belle Island Commons in Orlando, Fla.

Leasing Associate Tyler Wilkins finalized the renewal agreement with the popular eatery in the shopping destination anchored by a Planet Fitness at 5126 S. Conway Road in Orlando, Fla.

“Sunflower continue to be a great draw for Belle Island Commons, the retail center for the upscale city of Belle, near Downtown Orlando and a neighboring center to Publix,” noted Wilkins. “The 82,093 square foot center is fully leased.”

The experienced Crossman & Company team continues to show the ability to connect owners and client landlords like SJS Belle of New Jersey Commons with niche restaurant and retail tenants. Sunflower Chinese Kitchen is leasing 1,200 square feet.

Located in Orange County, growing Belle Isle has the lowest property taxes, development fees and utility taxes in the county, as well as Community Development Block Grants for infrastructure to expand economic opportunities and development.

Crossman & Company Announces Shopping Center Sale

Shopping destination located in Gainesville’s retail hub

GAINESVILLE, Fla.  — Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has negotiated the sale of Univeisity Towne Center, an 18,496-square foot shopping center at 3345 SW 34th St. in Gainesville, Fla.

Crossman & Company Managing Director Brian Carolan and Senior Managing Director Bruce Lyons represented the seller, a special servicer located in South Florida, in the $2.8 million transaction. University Towne Center is 65 percent leased and sits on 1.7 acres.
