Crossman & Company is founded by Scott Crossman in Orlando, Florida, specializing in retail leasing and sales.
We complete our first Publix-anchored development in Lake Mary, Florida.
Crossman & Company wins the Publix leasing account.
We open our second office location in Atlanta, Georgia.
