Crossman & Company brings three shopping centers to 100% occupancy within 90 days
Orlando, FL – Crossman & Company Senior Associate Craig Katterfield, CCIM completed new leases that brought three shopping centers to 100 percent occupancy within the last 90 days.
New tenant, Scoops Old Fashioned Ice Cream joined shopping center Stadium Corners at Viera, located at 5380 Stadium Parkway in Viera, FL. The addition of Scoops Ice Cream puts the 69,471-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center at 100 percent occupancy. This is their second location.
The UPS Store joined shopping center Colonial Coast Crossing, located at 2000 Cheney Highway in Titusville, FL. The addition of The UPS Store also put the 52,970-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center at 100 percent occupancy.
Lastly, Crown Centre Plaza welcomed new tenant Painting with a Twist to the 106,053-square-foot shopping center. The center, located at 2596 Enterprise Road in Orange City, FL, is anchored by Publix. This most recent lease deal was the second time the center reached 100 percent occupancy this year.
Katterfield closed all three deals within 90 days of each other. He represented the landlord, Publix Super Markets, Inc., on all three deals.
