SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (June 11, 2017) – Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has completed the sale of a Sherwin-Williams location in Shelbyville, Tenn.

Sherwin Williams, located at 200 Land Parkway, was sold to Covington Spring Lake Acquisition 14, LLC of Atlanta, Ga. The 3,820-square foot building is situated on one acre.
