Orlando, Fla. – Crossman & Company Consulting Associate Thomas Bolen will moderate a panel discussion for real estate professionals from around the world as part of RECon 2015, the global convention for the shopping center industry.
Bolen will moderate the conference’s Successful Strategies to Attract and Retain Downtown Retailers, where the discussion will focus on how to identify and attract retailers to downtowns of all sizes, how to expedite the process to an executed lease, and how to help those retailers prosper and expand.
Panelists will include Kim Ellis, ICSC Trustee and Consultant; Bill Fulton, Kinder Institute for Urban Research Director; Carl L. Goertemoeller, ICSC Trustee and Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Macy’s, Inc.; Robert Stark, President and CEO of Stark Enterprises; and Nancy Whitworth, Director of Economic Development with the City of Greenville.
It will take place Monday, May 18, at 10 a.m. at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas.
