Crossman & Company’s experienced project management team coordinates retail ground-up developments, re-developments, capital projects, and tenant buildouts to facilitate efficient and timely delivery. We have overseen the full development process from project planning, budgeting, lease negotiation, vendor selection, permitting, contractor bidding through certificate of occupancy and store opening for Publix anchored properties in Orlando, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Lakeland and Tampa. All of these projects were completed on time and within budget.
