Rochelle DuBrule
Senior Associate
Rochelle DuBrule joined the Crossman & Company team in 2011, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Since 2013, she has secured lease transactions totaling over $132 Million on retail shopping centers throughout the state of Florida and is currently responsible for a portfolio of more than 1.2 million square feet. Rochelle has been a CoStar Power Broker since 2013, was named Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP’s 2013 Rookie Broker of the Year and 2014 Broker of the Year for retail transactions in Central Florida.

Jill Ecuyer
Senior Associate
Jill Ecuyer joined Crossman & Company in December of 2018 as a Senior Associate for the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Savannah, Georgia markets specializing in neighborhood, community, and power center leasing. She successfully leases the Publix-owned portfolio and other retail projects. She also has experience in tenant representation, site selection, and sales. Jill leases a growing portfolio of shopping centers in excess of two million square feet and is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office with a regional reach throughout the Southeast focusing on developing, creating, and executing tenant engagement strategies with a hands-on approach to the market so as to quickly respond to opportunities.
Jill’s expertise is creating value enhancement strategies and solutions for owners of grocery-anchored centers, community power centers, unanchored strip centers, and freestanding buildings, including existing projects and ground-up development opportunities. She understands the nuances of budget assumptions, financial analysis, and reporting related to institutional property owners. She has an in-depth understanding of tenant mix analysis and target marketing, which enables her to identify prospects and generate results. Her expertise ranges from small shop leasing to anchor tenant replacement and renewals. Jill is strategic and methodical in her approach to each project by creating a custom leasing plan, having proficient knowledge of the retail trade area, and leveraging industry relationships with national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants.
Jill has been recognized as a top producer year over year. She is a Broker in Charged (BIC) in North Carolina and a licensed broker in South Carolina and Georgia. She is a member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC). Jill has a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Loyola University and prior to joining Crossman & Company, was a Director for Newmark for seven years. She has also worked for Spectrum Properties as Senior Leasing Representative, and as Director of Leasing for The Harris Group, now Lincoln Harris. Jill brings over twenty years of commercial real estate experience and tenant/broker relationships to the Crossman Team. Jill lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and three children. She is an avid traveler and sailor.

Fernando Espino
Senior Associate
Fernando Espino is on the team responsible for Publix-owned properties in Dade, Broward, Collier, and Lee Counties, as well as other larger-scale retail projects in South and Southwest Florida. He also specializes in preleasing of ground-up commercial developments.
Fernando practiced residential real estate with Colonial Investment Properties and EWM Realty International before joining Crossman & Company in 2015. He graduated from the University of Miami in 2013 with a Degree in Political Science.

John Fitzgerald
Senior Associate
John Fitzgerald joined Crossman & Company in 2013 as a Senior Associate for the Southeast Florida market.
John began his Commercial Real Estate career in South Florida in 2004 where he has specialized in retail leasing for institutional, national, and local landlords including LRN Partners, Kitson & Partners, Nightingale Realty, Starwood Property Trust, Kimco Realty, TIAA, Inland Southeast, MCT Properties, Ocean Properties & Crow Holdings as well as various other clients.
John came into Commercial Real Estate from a background in the restaurant business. He has developed, designed, built, owned, and operated restaurants in St. Croix, St. Maarten, Winter Park, and downtown Orlando, Florida. His knowledge and skill in lease negotiations from his businesses have given him a competitive advantage in services provided to his clients.
Having been in the industry in Southeast Florida for over 16 years, John is very familiar with the local market including competitor’s space, availability, and rates. His background includes the leasing of new, existing, redevelopment, retail, and mixed-use properties including pre-leasing, anchor and local tenant leasing, outparcels, and ground leases. He has established strong relationships with brokers, retailers, owners, and developers across the state of Florida. John is an active member of ICSC.

Jamie Golomb
Senior Associate
Jamie Golomb has been with Crossman & Company since 2019. He is a Senior Associate responsible for properties in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Jamie specializes in grocery-anchored centers, their outparcels, and all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Before joining Crossman & Company, Jamie worked at Aronov Realty Management from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to the beginning of 2019 Jamie held his own real estate firm.
Jamie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He is currently based in Montgomery, Alabama, and enjoys the beach and fishing during his time off.

Melody Holley

Melody Holley joined Crossman & Company in early 2019 as a Senior Associate for the Georgia and Tennessee markets specializing in retail landlord representation. She is responsible for creating value enhancement strategies and solutions for owners of grocery-anchored centers, community power centers, unanchored strip centers, and freestanding buildings, including existing projects and ground-up development opportunities. She understands the nuances of budget assumptions, financial analysis, and reporting related to institutional property owners.
Melody has an in-depth understanding of tenant mix analysis and target marketing, which enables her to identify prospects and generate results. Her expertise ranges from small shop leasing to anchor tenant replacement and renewals. Melody studies each market noting shifts in market position and retailer entry and exit in the market. She takes a strategic and methodical approach to each project by creating a custom leasing plan, having proficient knowledge of the retail trade area, and leveraging industry relationships with national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Melody worked as a Vice President with Colliers International for 15 years and played an instrumental role in the redevelopment of Roswell Wieuca Shopping Center and Roswell Market Place where she upgraded the tenancy and increased the occupancy from 55% to 95% over a 2-year period.

Dave Palumbo

Dave Palumbo joined Crossman & Company in 2014. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years prior to joining Crossman & Company.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Dave’s experience includes disposition specialist for Corporate Property Dispositions (“CPD”); Senior leasing representative with General Growth Properties in the mall leasing division (Third-Party & REIT sectors); Vice president of leasing for the southeast region with Zamias Services; Leasing representative, asset manager, mall manager and acquisition representative with Equity Properties/First Capital. He has consummated over 1,200,000 square feet of leasing deals involving over 250 transactions which include big-box deals with Garden Ridge & PGA Golf Superstore and a host of other national name retailers along with multiple land sales & buyouts.

Michael Rautbord

As Regional Leasing Director, Michael Rautbord leads the Crossman & Company leasing team in maximizing occupancy in a portfolio of over 340 retail properties throughout the southeast US totaling over 28 million SF. In addition to his leadership role, he is also responsible for the leasing of the Publix-owned shopping center portfolio and other retail properties in South Florida.
Previously, Michael was a Senior Leasing Representative at Urban Retail Properties for 14 years, where he oversaw leasing responsibilities for over 25 community-anchored centers and regional malls, as well as existing and ground-up new development lifestyle center projects. Michael attended American University, and he has been an active member of ICSC since 2001.

Tyler Wilkins

Tyler Wilkins joined Crossman & Company in 2014. Tyler specializes in all aspects of selling and leasing Commercial Real Estate and has completed over 300 real estate-related transactions. He represents both local and institutional landlords and is currently responsible for the leasing and marketing of over 2 million square feet of space consisting of grocery-anchored, strip center, single-tenant, and office properties throughout the Central and North Florida markets. He has been recognized as a Retail CoStar Power Broker for multiple years.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Tyler’s knowledge of real estate practices related to state and local governments assisted the Vertical Integration (now Savills Studley) team with developing strategies for its clients. He served as the head of research for the Vertical Integration team for over 3 years, where he led research efforts for the state and local government benchmarking.
Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and is in the process of obtaining the CCIM designation. In his free time, Tyler enjoys mentoring students and young professionals beginning their real estate career, playing golf, and traveling. Tyler lives with his wife Megan in Orlando and are the proud parents of son Luke.

Sandra Woodworth

Sandra Woodworth joined Crossman & Company in October of 2014 as a senior associate for the west coast of Florida. She is responsible for leasing the Publix-owned portfolio as well as other retail projects. Her current inventory consists of seventy grocery-anchored shopping centers in excess of 5.9 million square feet.
Sandra brings over twenty-one years of experience and tenant/broker relationships to the Crossman & Company team. She specializes in neighborhood, community, and power center leasing, however, she also has experience in site selection for national restaurant chains and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Sandra worked for Phillips Edison & Company as a senior leasing agent for five years. Prior to Phillips Edison & Company, she worked for RMC Property Group, Florida Commercial Resources, Inc., and Oakmont Capital Resources, Inc, where she began her career.
Sandra is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC). She received the Power Broker Award, awarded by CoStar, years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. In addition, Sandra also speaks German and Portuguese.

Tracy Worrell

Tracy Worrell joined Crossman & Company in 2010 and leads the leasing efforts on a portfolio in the Central Florida market. Worrell is highly specialized and 100% focused on maximizing NOI for retail shopping center owners. Her portfolio consists of Publix-owned assets and in addition to other respected retail clients. Worrell’s commercial real estate career began in 2006 in property management which allows her to provide her clients an additional advantage to the service she provides with a more thoughtful strategy to their bottom line. Worrell’s skillsets include landlord representation, industry and market knowledge, negotiation, lease interpretation, providing experienced advice, and following through.
Additionally, throughout Worrell’s career, she continues to dedicate her time to serving on several industry-related leadership committees to build her network. Such committees include a four-year term with ICSC Florida Conference which she focused on bringing a record-breaking number of retailers to attend the conference which hosts 2,000 industry members annually in Orlando, four years with Florida State University’s Real Estate Conference, a three-year term on the West Coast Conference, including being a past Chair leading the entire conference which hosts 700 attendees at the Tampa Bay Convention Center. Tracy is also recognized as a Retail Co-Star Power Broker for multiple years and was featured in Real Estate Forum Magazine in an article titled “Leaders of Tomorrow” among other organizations.
Tracy is a proud Florida State Seminole where she met her husband who also shares her passion for commercial real estate. She graduated with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. Some of her other interests include mentoring students and young professionals throughout their real estate career and deal process, personal growth, ownership in real estate, involvement in the church community, traveling, and raising her two beautiful and energetic boys.

Phillip Shumny
Senior Associate
Phillip joined Crossman & Company’s Investment Sales team in 2015. In his role, he researches property ownership, contacts owners to present proposals for the marketing and sale of their properties, gets property listings in front of qualified buyers, and takes the property through due diligence and closing.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Phillip worked with Marcus & Millichap for three and a half years and anchored the Atlanta office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. for over seven years. He has represented institutions such as New York Life, Sun Life Canada, and John Hancock in their disposition needs in several southeastern states. Phillip has been in commercial real estate since 1989.
Phillip was born and raised in Columbus, GA, and has been a resident of Atlanta for over 25 years. He now resides in Marietta, GA.
